Even when I was in 7th, there was a session on menstrual health for the girls only from classes 6-10.. I remember the reaction of boys after that.. They made fun out of that,teased us. .. Even the teachers asked us to tell the boys that it was some session on environmental protection and the same will be conducted for boys also..

I feel shameful that in India most of the people think it as a taboo but yes there are few best guy's who buys pads for their sisters or girlfriend which is good and i also think while the menstruation period a girl is told not to go to kitchen and yes it is still on which should be removed but it isn't and in periods girls want to have cravings which is okay buy everytime there is no one to whom she can say and fulfil her demands which is so bad and still done in India..In most Houses girls feels shame to talk about periods which i totally understand as they think what will family think but it is okay to talk about periods as it is a stress period from which they get relief if they are discussing with someone...One day i went to Medical shop to buy pads the shopkeeper told me that wait i am putting inside the black polythene but he couldn't find so i told that I don't need it i am not shameful about buying pads and i feel every girl should be like this and not be shameful about herself as this is the hygeine which removes our dirt from body and make it fresh.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Thank you always everyone for this ❤️❤️❤️Society needs to understand ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Good content of video. I likeit. I have one statement and suggestion that do not workout like regularly you do. Because in future after the age of thirty the back pain legs pain become common. So doing light exercises putting less pressure on palvic can be good and healthy. Its good to workout or do meditation. I will say thank you. You did a good video content....

It has been a year since this video was uploaded but I wud like to clarify one thing...that it is not the mythology or religious thing due to which females were kept outside home when on periods ...it was mainly for 2 reasons..1 is that in older days females used to work a lot at home and fields and keeping them away was helping them to actually rest and be relaxed from household work...and 2nd was because in previous days our living standard was different thr were no societies or residential place ...it was village and forested areas..wild animals were very frequently seen and they get attracted to blood so as a safety also females were told to stay inside instead of going outside ..this actual reasons have been turned into taboo by society and now people are taking advantage of religious and cultural things and no one is even bothering to find out the actual reasons for such activities and steps taken in past by our ancestors.. everything in our culture and shastra is scientifically true..it's just that people listen and do things without knowing the reason and pass on thr thinking with bull shit reasoning or say ki bado ne kaha hai Aisa aur hamesha se chalta aaya hai...

The reason behind not allowed to enter temple is that in past temples were made to experience peace and spirituality and to do meditation and during periods we get a lot of mood swings, sometimes we get angry sometimes we get sad and so on and we also have to go through a lot of pain and cramps so it's useless go to temples anyways during our periods because we couldn't concentrate on Pooja and meditation and that is the reason why in past women were told not to go to temples and instead take rest 😊but some illiterate people made it a taboo😶

Yes bhaiya mara hamasa 2-3 months par periods aata hai aur hamasha jab bhi mara period aata hai toh bahut jyada bleed hota aur mujha bahut dard bhi hota hai and I got my first period in class 8th
