I heard once that beautiful people's lives can sometimes be harder because no one believes they have problems. I can imagine in her extreme position, she's dealt with a lot of jealousy and people trying to tear her down to feel better about themselves. Glad she's okay.

It's not just women. It's a human race issue. You should never say things like you just did and you really need to change your mindset.

so proud of Madison, especially after reading the memoir. i've been a fan of hers for quite a few years now and its been so great seeing her gradually become so open with all of her struggles, something which isnt done enough in the industry.
This is my comfort show ❤ feels great to wind down and relax with a cup of tea, or my favourite coffee blend, and watch on my living-room couch with my little dogs snuggled up next to me all cozy

To all older people especially, 35 and up: ask for a neurodivergence assessment if you feel that exhausted if nobody has told you yet. Or at least answer some official testing questions by yourself. It can make a world of difference.

what a nice conversation and not an interrogation.
As somebody who struggled with many things, who can relate to this on some levels where I wanted to leave the world. I thought about it as some beautiful utopian release and romanticized it I guess...thought of it as a liberating and "happy" plan...I still struggle and haven't healed fully, but I have been making some small steps forward in progress enough to see what it is my brain is doing; now I actually see that it is wrong. When for so long it felt sickly comforting and right for me, now I don't call my past attempts "unsuccessful" because I need to remind myself that is not a "success". I can not, and should not think of it as a success waiting for me, as I am on my journey to healing or finding balance. It was simply a past attempt that I survived because I am LUCKY and can try to find change. I look at it like my body's emotional and physical alert system that somethings obviously wrong and I need to try to do whatever I need to change it as much as I can, so my alert system will cool down some.

I can't tell you what's the best for you in this moment, but therapy really helps. Once you know how to dig into your soul, once you start to know yourself better, everything will get better. It's hard but so damn worth it. Thinking about things you love, like music, helps incredibly. Keep up 💖

Very sad to hear I had a friend who was suicidal didn’t eat for 2 days he was like a zombie when I found out he had not eaten we made sandwiches it’s very serious when some one is suicidal.
