  • This time I’ve got my hands on a 2005 Ford ranger edge. When it comes to small pick ups, this is likely the best option besides the Tacoma in terms of reliability, build quality, and resale value.

Vulcan has been around since the 60s old pushrod V6 engine. Was used in several rwd, fwd applications from Ford.was finally killed off in 2009 and ironically lastly used in the Ranger.

Some of the best compact trucks ever made, but Ford kept this design way too long. It should’ve gotten a significant redesign & interior update after 2003 or so.

I kind of agree but there isn’t much they could’ve done other than some new interior cosmetics, but that comes with affects of being cheaper quality. I recommend adding a center console and single seats it brings it to a more modern look
