I have been doing the rounds of CZcams lately leaving comments here and there, expressing my admiration for this gentle young man and young gentleman of Music; someone who I feel the younger generations of today are truly blessed to have as their a role model because Harry Styles is nothing if not true! I am a classically trained composer - 64 years of age - and where once Harry Styles was just a name to me, he is so much more now. His remarkably poignant performance of "Falling" at the Brit Awards two years ago was the turning point, so much so that I can now say with great pleasure I have listened to all of his solo-career songs, and that I am completely in awe of him both as a musician and a fellow human being. Where it has been said that Music is a manifestation of the human spirit, it is no small wonder to me that Harry Styles is one of the most humane spirits entertaining the world today! When Harry spoke at the beginning of this interview about how his new album was something of a secret he was keeping until it was released publicly - until he set it free - that resonated volumes for me as a composer. Music as the voice of Love is also the voice of Liberty, and everything of Liberty is the voice of Freedom in song! Therefore, and for me, Harry Styles is the perfect ambassador for Music as the voice of Love and Freedom! Of the album itself I found "Harry's House" to be a room of many colours in the same way God's Love is a mansion of many rooms. The opening track "Music For A Sushi Restaurant" set the tone of flavours to come, each measure of Music that followed a morsel for the listener to savour. "Matilda" was just so beautiful to me, how he freed the idea from itself and so effortless! And speaking of songs to savour, "Love Of My Life" was something of a saviour to me, an aria waiting for an opera to happen. Any composer worth their weight in gold - including myself - would have been proud to write such poetry. And make no mistake about it, where Melody is the liquid state of words, "Love Of My Life" is a sonnet written as a song! I am no stranger to Music as a means towards self-expression. It has been the one thing that has defined me as a person and divined for me the way to live my life as best I can in service to it. It has been my strength and my mainstay; my prayer. I suspect it is the same for Harry. I think this way because it is obvious to me that he will never settle for second best as a songwriter neither as a performer. That he gives of himself so unconditionally is what will ensure his longevity as an Artist of the highest order. You see, where some people enrich the world and lesser people enrich themselves, Harry is the gift we all need right now. Harry, God bless you!

It's stretchy because I'm pretty sure he's pulled on his skin there before. I knew a teacher who absentmindedly pulled the skin on her neck when she talked...she eventually could pull her neck skin out about 8 inches!!!
