I'll be the guy on the internet to tell you it isn't real (probably not the first one, of course, too lazy to check). Most of these haha funny "sent from X" tweets aren't. Basically, you can get a developer account on Twitter for free (because Twitter wants real developers to have as few barriers as possible), and then just kinda enter any name you want for your "device" that you "developed." And that's basically all it takes. There are a couple more steps, but not much.
