The sound engineer was Bodo Staeiger.He was a German sound engineer and he is behind most of the iconic Ghanaian highlife from the 80s and 90s.unfortunately he passed away around around 2019 from cardiac attack.
I remember when I was in Den HAAG HOLLAND in the 90s ,when things are not moving as expected,and home Ghana think you are enjoying doing good over there, I shed a lot of tears listening to to great song , daddy lumber may Allah bless you.
I always say I do love Lumba songs but I understood it more better when I traveled. With God we r making it n we shall surely make it bigger

I cried today listening to this song. I was in high school when this son was released. I was leaving with a family from Nsuta in the Northern region. One member of that family memorized the song and always said that he will never stay abroad that long. This man has been living abroad since 1993. His niece who was a very young girl has been living in Germany for 22 years now. I have been living in the US since April, 2004. We are all exhausted yet here without our spirits.
