Alcohol and cigarettes addiction actually destroyed my life. I could remember several years ago after divorce with my wife which brought me into my disastrous journey on Alcohol and cigarettes. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with cptsd. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Much respect to mother nature the great magic shrooms.
I'm so very happy for you, Psilocybin is absolutely amazing, the way it shows you things, the way it teaches you things. I can not believe our world and our people shows less interest about it's helpfulness to humanity. It's love. The mushrooms heals people by showing the truth, it would be so beneficial for so many people, especially politicians and the rich who have lost their way and every other persons out there.

It is because it is so accurate, like researchers wrote it for him. It is very similar to Sympathy for the Devil, where the song is in 1st person and you have to guess who it is or what it is talking about. And you get it right away in both songs, but the 1st person, like "guess who i am" way it is written is very clever and all lines accurate.
For a person that does not drink he sure has a lot of songs about drinking... Brad is awesome!

This song is so clever if you think about it. It's a drinking song that tells you the negative effects of alcohol. I don't really know why it's clever, I'm a bit buzzed myself.
True. It IS clever, though. Or ironic, at the very least. I mean, they put warning labels on cigarette packets, where it clearly states how harmful it is to smoke, and yet people still read the labels, know the terrible effects, smoke the toxic cylinders, and repeat the process. Brad should write a song about that as well! Haha.

It's clever because it's sung from the perspective of booze, like the booze is singing about itself. Like the Bud Bowl commercials, where the beer bottles wore little football helmets and they were sliding around on the field, juking, and tackling.

I tied into country radio driving to FLA from MA along the Carolina's and "She Wouldn't Be Gone" hooked me in again, back then, so I always loved "Wicheta Lineman" when I was knee-high.. and still do. Brad Paisley fills in really well aw them big footsteps.
I have woke up up in some strange paces had some bad times and had some great times. The way my teacher taught me when I was forced to go to class is that alcohol is an amplifier it increases whatever you are feeling, so yes it can make you more honest to people or it can make you more likely to hit someone. If you are tired you will sleep,if mad you will fight you can take it form here.

INo truer song has ever been written . I divorced an alcoholic. He was sober when I met him. An advocate of AA. Then he had surgery got OxyContin and with vodka it appears it’s a better painkiller. He almost died twice. I was done. He disappeared so I couldn’t divorce him. I found him divorced him. Best thing I could do. I went to al anon. Got married a few years later to a stable man. No chaos it’s bliss.
