Nice house but that tub in the master bathroom is tiny and there's a lot of space for much bigger one.
The kitchen is amazing, absolutely beautiful space and well designed.
The only thing that I don't like is that teo story high ceiling in the family room. I seenit as a wasted space that could be used as another room or to make secondary bedrooms bigger.

No idea. Just read between the lines and don’t worry about the details.
Jane, the laws have changed, now is up to the tenant if we're allowed in a rental space, most times the tenants have no problem but if they say no, no it is. and yes, you can sell a tenanted house, however the new buyer has the choice to keep them or not. PS i answered because it's YOU ;-)

Love the house except I wish for a huge man cave.
I would have expected four secondary bedrooms and one primary room for the footage they have. A nice home but the poor usage of space upstairs actually makes me dislike it kind of feel ripped off after the grand living style downstairs to come upstairs and I still only have the standard 4 bedrooms. Still a nice home and location i'm sure whoever gets it will enjoy redecorating

This house was built and furnished to impress. One way it missed the mark is that the three secondary bedrooms share a single hall bath. Houses of the caliber to which it aspires would have ensuites. There's no doubt that the place is elegant, even overly so in the master bath. Our tour of the lower level was incomplete.
