For those who don't know ACCA is a UK based course.
ACCA total contains 13 papers.3 papers in knowledge level,6 papers in skill level and 4 papers in professional level. First 3 papers in knowledge level is own demand CBE exam and the remaining exams are also CBE based exam but not own demand. Skill level as well as professional level exams occurs once in 3 months,that means you have 4 attempts in a year. Before attending any exam you have to create an ACCA account by paying around 12000 rupees which is called initial registration and you have to renew the account every year by paying 12000. For each knowledge level exam you will cost around 8500-10000 rupees (according to pound rate) mostly it is 10000. For every skill level exam it will cost 13200(most of the time) and it will cost around 25000 for each professional level exam. If you fail in any of the exam you have to pay the exam fees again. that means for example if you fail a paper in skill level you have to pay 13200 again for the next attempt. you need 50% for passing a paper which is extremely hard for those who didn't follow a strict time table. if you didn't follow a particular time table, you can find yourself failing in 49% or 48%. just like other courses ACCA also provides revaluation facility to its students, but the sad reality is that it is almost impossible to have an increase in marks after revaluation. i'm currently a professional level ACCA student. I faced a lot of failure in my journey. remember each and every failure will effect you financially as well as it will increase the time duration to complete the course. apart from all of these you will have a bright future if you becomes an affiliate. most of the institution will not explain these details....
