I think they were being careful with their words about Yoongi because some people maliciously comment that it’s a privileged way to do service as a celebrity (which obvs isn’t true as he literally couldn’t be a soldier cuz of his shoulder) and I think that’s why Yoongi is doing his service really quietly with no social media updates too💔 But I hope we can hear from him at least once 😢
Which is crazy because a LOT of idols have done it that way because of serious injuries, its not just Yoongi but since bts is popular people Will always nitpick
I heard from some fandoms that idols who do that kind of military service like yoongi usually can't post anything on social media and you don't hear from them the entire time they're serving. So it's possible we won't be able to hear anything from yoongi while he's there :( which sucks
Yeah, how messed up is that that a freaking literal INTERNATIONAL superstar on his own, as well as a member of the most popular band in the entire world, halting things at the peak of their popularity, goes in to freaking serve his country(he probably didn't even have to do ANY service due to his shoulder) and people are talking shit about him? God jealousy rears its ugly face at the most inappropriate times, doesn't it? I hope he isn't having a hard time, it's got to be such a literal shock to their systems to suddenly be not only apart from these virtual brothers they spent 10 years of their lives sharing home with, and then to be in a regimented military environment not able to really talk to the guys and army...these guys are so incredibly tough, so "been there done that" as far as insane regiments go, practicing 16 hours a day just to get their choreography perfected, and hilariously (and seriously as well) sooooo freaking competitive with each other that I'm sure they'll skyrocket to "#1) in drills and routines. I'm just sad cuz I wanted to take my 5 grandchildren to a BTS concert, and that will have to wait 18 months or more, uggg (g.kids might already be distracted and not interested...hope not every time I see them I play all the bts and solo videos..lol)
They were mentioning that Jin had the biggest responsibility going in first cos he knows it is very important that he demo an exemplary attitude so his brothers are motivated and to prevent naysayers from discrediting BTS. Whatever he learned he shared with his brothers to lessen their anxieties. He is an amazing hyungnim❤
I'm going to miss them so much, so happy jimin and jungkook will be there for each other during their enlistment. Can't wait for 2025
I can't wait to see what this variety show jimin n jk was in especially this camping trip that jk was laughing about a lot when telling suga about the whole thing lol... But I don't know if the trip is part of it or just a vacation jus to relax and enjoy e/o before enlisting

Jimin was so extra giddy. Maybe he was trying to cover up his sadness. RM was his usual casual cool demeanor. Jungkook was extra quiet . That boy didn’t even EAT! We know how he loves to eat, unless he’s on a diet . Tae was a bit chatty. He seemed excited. I can tell that they are trying so hard to be cheerful and “light” because they know that Army’s are worried for them.
On a lighter note! I just want to comment that Tae can really pull off any hairstyle . Even with a pixie cut with assymetrical bangs he still looks so cute and so much younger! No wonder all the articles about him and his haircut trended and got the most viewership on Naver. Such a cutie!
So proud of Tae. He has improved the most and his music and person has grown . Look forward to more beautiful things from him.

According to Korean information they will receive training together, enter the same division (5th division) and share the same housing unit until they complete their military service.

I assume that whatever JK and Jimin did in Japan must be apart of the travelling show they started to film in the US, so i guess that's what Namjoon was referring to about them being and sleeping together for a few days.
And Japan media reported that they stayed in different hotels but still filmed for variety show and Jk filmed for his documentary too.

Jimin and Jungkook enlisting through the buddy system and meaning they will be together for the whole 18 months makes me feel so much comfort and the fact they had apply for this application together back in August time, and there was no guarantee they would get approved, but just applying means you automatically get sent to one of the harshest areas, but they did it anyway. They are each others biggest sense of support and having each other will be so good for them PLUS we have their travel show coming out at sometime too

They can't do it in the special forces for their Tattoos, but I believe Jimin wasn't that excited to go in the military, especially after his last live today :(

The only thing I worry about enlisting is the effect it might have on their maturity and innocence. Their immaturity is a huge part of their identity and dynamic with bts. I will be crushed if they come back all serious...

that's actually not true, the tattoo thing was outlawed in 2020, they could've gone if they wanted to but chose the buddy system instead and applied to the area where jin is serving currently!

The special forces that V supported
Tattoo or scar should be less than 7cm in diameter in one part of the body or less than 30cm2 in total area in two or more parts.
And Jin and J-Hope are assistants at the Army Training Center,
Recruiters and conscripts will enter the army training center, and in the case of conscripts, training assistants can be supported.
Training center assistants also test suitability, but are subject to support restrictions if they have tattoos on their bodies.
But if it's a small tattoo less than 7cm and it's out of sight, it doesn't matter much.

This is because military life is the most free and comfortable place.
Contrary to the term special mission unit, the Capital Command has large entertainment facilities and luxurious banquet halls, and even ultra-luxury apartments around the military unit. Originally, permission to live in apartments was not allowed near the military unit, but there was an unfair advantage. There was even a time when the soldiers of the Capital Defense Command threw a drinking party for a month without missing a day during the COVID-19 period, and it was reported in the news media of the broadcasting company. It is quite problematic.
