I'm so tired. I've been in a terrible state every day for almost 4 years now. I don't have the strength, I don't eat, I don't drink, I don't go anywhere. I remember the past every day and it hurts me so much. I have problems with my health and sleep due to the fact that I'm just rotting and don't want to go anywhere. Your channel and music are like a companion to me. Maybe someone has some advice for me?.. Or someone has encountered something similar. I'm 19

I'm 19 also. I used to be in a debilitating state due to constant stressing which gave me rheumatoid arthritis. I couldnt sleep at night due to the pain and being out of bed was really tiring. I had an eating disorder I think because I was only eating vegan food and that was causing my health to deter but I wouldn't even consider that being caused by my diet and instead I blamed lack of exercise. I was compulsively also into spirituality and didn't care about reality. I feel really bad for you because even though I don't know you I know how desperate it can feel. Not wanting to get out of bed because of the sheer amount of strength it requires and the total exhaustion. Do you have anybody in your life you could ask for help? You're not going to be a burden, trust me. You may think so, but there are people who wish to help you.

This Is my favourite Chanel at the moment i just love It ! The green creepy landscapes Is seriously deep and beautiful but theres just one problema...theres adds in the middle of songs! Wich just wake me up and freak me out ITS not very pleasant cause usually they come when im fully sleep dreaming and get waken up with random voices talking and random music i go back to being alert 😢🙄 please Is there anything that can be done?
