    [Ingredients]
    Powerful rice powder 110g
    Baking powder 10g
    30g of sugar
    100ml of water
    30g of coconut oil
    1g of salt
    1 cup olive oil (for frying)
    [Topping]
    A little bit of sugar
    It's like cinnamon powder
    ✔️ Rest the mixed dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes :) Rest until it cools and hardens
    ✔️Please adjust the heat between medium and high heat. :)
    ✔️Fry until golden at 170-180 degrees (It is a suitable temperature to fry when small bubbles come up when you put wooden chopsticks in the oil:)
