Love you guys but I suggest deeper dives into lyrics during reactions. Louder than bombs has some deep meaning 👍 It’s also a very meaty song that RM has said is why they haven’t done it live. It’s also highly rated by international army as one of the top songs. 👍

It's a very very deep song with very deep feelings because of all the hardships they have been thru. This song is very special to me and I hold it very deep in my heart. "Louder than bombs I break" which means to shatter or breakdown cause it hurts too much seeing your love one in pain but pretends to be fine for your sake
"Louder than bombs I say" it's an oath to the world for their love one were they swore they wouldn't run away for them
"Louder than bombs I sing" another oath were they swore no matter what bad things that might happen to them, they wouldn't stop
It's an odd song that breaks the 4th wall, cause they're directly talking to their fans

This song BTS found out at their last Festa gathering to tell us they would be taking a break and then military... the song ARMY wants to see live the most is this song. They were surprised, and said it is a difficult song to present and very high... maybe they will surprise us someday.

I love this song ... but it is profoundly sad. Sad is putting it mildly. RM was writing it during filming of one of the Voyage episodes, we saw him struggling, He told Yoongi that he cried so much writing it he thought he couldn't do it. It's a reflection on the impact they feel when they read some of the messages from fans about the lives and struggles they are facing and how BTS has helped them survive. Literally helped them survive and stay alive. I find this ... not exactly relaxing, more like torture because of the empathy. But still incredibly beautiful.
Never believe the rock/pop/upbeat vibe of BTS. Usually it's what we euphemistically call 'deep'. That often means that the message is much harder than it appears, despite the fun vibe.
Gogo is about the (really quite frightening) situation of young Koreans who can't afford to move out of home, will never own a house, may never be able to get married and have a family, and who see no point in saving because saving will make no difference, so they decide to live in the moment - and get viciously criticised by the older generations for it. It's a very sarcastic song.
Anpanman sounds like a childlike song about a small superhero, that BTS aspires to be like. Then you realise that this wee bread man literally gives people a part of his head to keep them alive, and then can't do anything until it grows back. BTS are knowingly sacrificing themselves and their lives for their fans. That is HARD - but it's a happy silly song that at first I hated!
Very few BTS songs have only one meaning and it's always worth investigating and understanding as much as possible... doolset, guys, doolset! 🤗

Reading the lyrics is a must when it comes to BTS's songs. Some songs and mvs have great explenation videos made by DKtv, I would recommend those for you, because sometimes due to cultural differences the actual meaning is hidden for us Western people 😊. Thank you for this reaction.

This song is really close to my heart because the beat really hits me. The lyricism and the tune is what makes this song special. It is said that this song represents the idols on whom the amount of pressure that are put in order to entertain audience sometimes performing on stage being sick. The lyrics say that their everyday life as idols is like a maze comparing their sufferings to louder than bombs and they try to find a way to escape from that maze breaking their silence and overcome fear and darkness of their life as an idol and fight for better days not running away from the darkness anymore.

This is one of my favorite BTS song that they've never performed. That's the only wish I have of them, to see them sing this live one day even if it's on just a youtube video. At least you found a fan made mv to watch instead of a lyric video. Since it's a B-side, I knew we'd never get an official mv but that's okay. 💜

BTS have never performed this live and they don't have an official music video for the song, this video is fan made, RM said on a live [ ARMY was asking them to perform it live ] that it is a difficult song to do in a live show he didn't really say why, It's difficult to pick a favourite BTS song I love them all equally 100% but Lounder Than Bombs just tips the scale to 101% and i don't know why like you said it's one of those songs you can shut your eyes and it makes you jus relax and you can listen to it over and over again. 💜🔥💙

There is no army that doesn't cry when this song comes out, because the meaning of this song is very deep. It's about how idols and their fans struggle together to face all the hatred, insults ,slander.In success and fame they feel exhausted, overwhelmed. If you knew, BTS even almost gave up and disbanded. But in the end they chose to survive for the army. How the Army get out of adversity because of their existence It really touched their hearts and made them rise again. Seeing Army fighting all the hatred, made them feel like they had to love Army more than before. Every BTS song has Implied meaning .You have to read the lyrics, to feel the vibe.

I think it sounds non BTS because it was mostly written by Troye Sivan. The song was actually called Hologram Hearts before becoming Louder Than Bombs. Obviously the lyrics were changed but the music is actually Troye Sivan.

Some backgrounds, if there was not COVID, BTS had never broken a promise to ARMY. So to make a promise within this song means how serious they are and to the ARMY. BTS Fan Light Stick is called ARMY Bomb. There was even a meme that all airports securities had warned ARMY just say fan stick to clear custom😂. Anyway, this song never goes live even ARMY once put highest votes for it as they mentioned it is very hard for them to sing live (too emotional), but I am expecting they will sing it in 2025 comeback. They will sing louder than any kind of bombs.

RM said in his Vlive that when writing this song, he cried a lot. (Btw this song was co-written by Troye Sivan) Remembering those days when they were struggling and running endlessly without any idea where they would end up, it was very hard for him to remember those days.
