After 6yrs of hunting hard...I just killed my first buck. Hit him between the shoulder and chest and existed behind the ribs opposite side with the Reaper Razor tip 1 3/8" He went 44yrds and dropped. Impressed with penatration and so excited to FINALLY get one!

Have killed 3 animals with the pro series 3blade mechanical, all complete pass throughs and buried in the ground. A 200lb black bear at 20yrds, a 280lb black bear at 20yrds and a 13 point bull moose at 54yrds blasting right through two ribs. Love these heads and highly recommend!

I killed one of my biggest bucks a 264lb dressed giant with the original broadhead. The broadhead worked perfectly exiting the offside scapula on a quartering away shot. I'd like to try the fixed blade head.

I finally got to test out the micro hades 100 grain 3 blades this year on a 160 lbs buck. The shot was perfect with a complete pass through, but the blood trail sucked. If it had been dark, I would have had a hard time finding it. I’ve used Thunderhead 100s since 1992, so I’ve been spoiled with great blood trails from the Thunderheads. Do the regular hades produce a better blood trail or do I need to go back to my Thunderheads?
You have more cutting surface, so they should bleed better!
They should but they don’t! Nap thunderheads is the end all be all fixed blade ! I have shot 2 deer in one sit one with the thunderhead double lung one with a rage double lung, the thunderhead dear went 30yds and looked like a murder scene! The rage in the cage went about 80 and looked spotty!
Grim Reapers are my go-to heads when it comes to mechanical heads. I have killed all but 1 of the deer I have killed with Reapers!!!! Only issues I have had with them is, the blades have been known to break off if they catch on a bone as the arrow blows through a deer. Never had a deer go more than 50 yds after being shot with a Grim Reaper.

I shot my first Red Stag with the razor tip SS 125gn then it went on to shoot a nice doe and goat before breaking. I also shot a scrub bull with the same setup, Bull didn't go 20, well maybe 50 but the broadhead was done. Since then I have not had the durability out of them and also they never all spin true, but when you get a good head off GR man do they work! I'm looking at the whitetail series next.

Shot 2 bull elk no pass thru but saw them drop within a very short distance, also shot a bull moose with the same result, i used to shoot fixed broadheads and used to have complete pass thru but the blood trails was very marginal, with the Grim Reaper the blood trail is excellent can't be compared to the fixed. I shot the Fatal Steel

Can you replace the blades on the micro hades? It looks like you should be able to, but I’ve never seen replacements

Grim reaper saved my backside when beautiful 10 following a doe hung while doe walked right up to tree,he walked at 30 yards broad ,shoot,the bolt just Knicks a sappling and instead of heart and lungs, right dead center of the hip,, watching the deer he ran 50 yards hung my crossbow up and he was gone and loud crash needless to say I didn't see him fall but it was close enough for me, grim reaper broadheads you saved my butt,deer expired in 30 seconds and now I have some trimming to do, crossbow pro series, 100 grain, I'll never shoot anything else 😀👍
