In Chandigarh all houses and lanes are facing double directions like NE, NW, SE or SW . So north-east is not a corner but complete one side of a house . Our house is facing SE at 140-143 degrees from the centre door of the house and the backside is facing NW . So there are other adjoining houses on NE and SW sides of the plot and houses have been built wall to wall and there is no open space or energy flow on NE. We have three bedrooms with attached toilets on NE wall of the house and living room and dining room and kitchen at the back on SW wall . It’s a complete mess as the house was constructed 45 years old . We are planning to renovate the house by doing interiors but not changing position of 3 toilets constructed between Notth to East . Any remedy for that and kitchen on SE side of house .
