Does this also work with image files that are not made in photoshop? I use paint tool sai, which doesn't support cymk, so I'm looking for an alternative way to change the format without changing the colours too much.

What if the Use Dither box is greyed out?

However is it enough to inform the printer not to transform the image again to CMYK? (I clicked on the exported image where I converted the color profile and the color space is still RGB)
