- Period को लेके हमारे मन बोहोत सारी धारणाये रहती है की period flow कम रहता है तब हमारे शरीर में गदंगी जम जाती है। Period खुलके या सही तरीकेसे होना यह हमारे स्वस्थ केलिए काफी जरुरी रहता है। हमारा period खुलके नहीं हुआ तो हमे हमारा पेट फुला फुला सा लगता है। तो आज इस video में, डॉ Supriya Puranik, periods में पीरियड्स खुलकर क्यों नहीं आते? (Less Bleeding During Periods Reason) के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी देती है | तो आईये पहले जानते है की period का स्त्राव होता क्या है ?
Period का स्त्राव होता क्या है ?
प्रकृति हर महीने स्त्री को माँ बनने केलिए तैयार करती है। इसलिए माँ एक अंडाशय से हर महीने एक स्त्री बीज बहार निकलता है। वह स्त्री बीज जब भ्रूण बन जाता है तब उसका पोषण करने के लिए गर्भाशय के अंदर एक परत तैयार होती है जिसे Endometrium कहा जाता है। लेकिन जब बेबी concieve नहीं होता है तब यह endometrium ovulation के बाद १४ दिन बहार आ जाती है जिसे हम menstrual flow या मासिक चक्र का स्त्राव कहते है।
जब यह कम तैयार रहती है तब यह स्त्राव कम तैयार होता है जब यह परत ज्यादा तैयार होती है तब स्त्राव ज्यादा हो जाता है और कुछ hormones पे निर्भर रहता है।
Period का स्त्राव कम होने के कारण (What is the reason for less bleeding during periods )
1. Genetic
जब हमारे माँ या बेहेन का मासिक स्त्राव कम रहता है तब हमारा भी मासिक स्त्राव कम रहता है।
2. Age
Period जब शुरू होता है (menarch ) और जब ख़तम होता है (menopause ) तब भी परत कम तैयार होती है जिसके कारन उस वक्त फ्लो कम रहता है।
3. Low Progestrone
जब हम बेबी को feed करवाते है तब progestrone की मात्रा ज्यादा रहती है और estrogen की मात्रा कम रहती है तब भी flow कम होता है।
4. Medication
जब period cycle regular होने केलिए दवा दी जाती है या heavy mentrual flow की दवाइया चालू रहती है तब भी flow कम रहता है।
5. Mirena insertion
जब uterus का अकार बड़ा रहता है और excessive flow रहता है तब doctor हमे mirena insertion केलिए केहेती है जिसके कारण flow कम होता है।
6. Contraceptive Injection
यह भी depo progesterone का injection रहता है जिससे periods काफी लाइट आते है।
तो इन सारे कारणों के वजहसे अगर आपका flow कम हो तो आपको चिंता नहीं करनी चाहिए। जब हमारा period cycle regular रहता है , flow regular रहता है लेकिन अचानक से हमारा blood flow आधा हो जाए तो वह संकेत रहता है की आप pregnant हो वह bleeding implantation bleeding रहती है पर कभी अभी यह implantation bleeding ना ectopic pregnancy का भी लक्षण हो सकता है।
Period flow कम होने के अन्य कारण (Less bleeding during periods than usual)
1. Too much stress / happiness
क्योकि brain तरफ से stimulation के signals block हो जाते है जिसके कारण periods light हो जाते है।
2 . Heavy diet / weight loss
शरीर में से fat कम होने के कारन estrogen कम हो जाता है जिसे परत कम तैयार होती है और periods कम आते है।
3 Thyroid
जब हमारे शरीर में thyroid की मात्रा ज्यादा होती है तब flow कम रहता है।
4. Prolactin
शरीर में ज्यादा prolactin की मात्रा बढ़ जाए तो period cycle light और irregular होते है।
Period खुलके न होने के २ महत्वपूर्ण कारण (less bleeding during periods reason)
-जब uterus का D & C होता है और endometrium का बोहोत ही ज्यादा मात्रा scratching होता है तब asherman syndrome हो जाता है जिससे flow permanently कम हो जाता है।
-जब genital TB यह संक्रमण होता है तब भी period का flow बोहोत ही कम हो जाता है।
ऐसे वक्त में conceive करना काफी मुश्किल होता है और extreme केसेस में surogacy करनी पड़ती है।
इसलिए जब आप महसूस करती हो मासिक स्त्राव कम हो गया है तो तुरंत अपने डॉक्टर की सलाह ले। अगर आपको hormonal issue या कोई और कारन होंगे तो ही आपको treatment लेनी है। Period का फ्लो कम रहने पर भी आप माँ बन सकते हो।

At first the periods were coming 14 days apart, then she had been taking medicine for 2 months. But after 4-5 months period flow is now too decreased and after 26 day one pad is used for 2 days.

Hello Mam... i am 44 years old unmarried female. I suffered from Adenomyosis... last year in nov i had periods.. there was no periods through out that year but suddenly after 11 months i have periods. First 5 days it is very low... just light spots or 2- 3 times light clots and my periods is still start or run...it has near about 7 days. My question is Can i take medicine to stop

Pls don't stop ur periods. Menopause should be at the age of 50 years not before that. Like this only happened to my mom n the doctor didn't treat her properly n she suffered from cancer. So kindly don't stop ur periods till 50 years.

I get a small drop or even less than that for 1st and 2nd and even some times 3rd day. After that a less but regular flow of 7 days happen. What sort of situation is this?

Ma'am for last 3 months I have very light flow.. I had pcod and prolactin.. That time doct gave me novelon... I have started novelon again.. But first 2 days my period only comes while I urinate.. In pad there is only few drops but after 3 days it continues normal 3 days.. I will do TSH taste again.. Ma'am is there anything to worry... My age is 38...people are saying it's a sign of menopause..

Hello Dr. I am getting very much pain during my period time. From 1st day till 3/4 days, the pain is huge, but the blood flow is normal. I am having ibuprofen during this time at least 2 times a day. But uske bad ultrasound m pta lga 20 days bad ki pregnancy nhi h maine dusri dr s bat ki ,unhone pcos btaya, mujhe period hue but bahot km flow hua iske bad 15 days m dobara period ho rhen plz mam mujhe btaiye ki kahin y injection lgne s koi problem to nhi hogi plz mam .
