I believe that capital offense is taking it a little too far but all of that persons assets should be Seized by said Government that there should be set up a separate fund for all of that money that is taken in connection with corruption and should be used to support the people of Kenya and the person should be sentenced to no less than 20 yrs in prison. Also that Bribery should be outlawed and those caught in the practice should serve no less than 5 yrs in Prison. That The Kenya Police Force should be revamped using those funds to root out the corruption that exists therein and that an Independent counsel of Gen Z representatives should be appointed to oversee this process.

Mr President, we want to reconstitute a new parliament, and first order of business, should be to amend anti corruption act and make the public corruption a CAPITAL OFFENCE like Treason... Whereby there will be no fines and minimum sentence should be 50 years.. and the property of the culprits to be auctioned and stolen money recovered .. New Mps to earn a basic monthly TAXABLE salary of 500,000 no sitting allowance, car grant and other unnecessary stipends.

Hon ex vice president Kalonzo Musyoka sir, I find your narrative weak because:
1. In 2007, 1300 Kenyans lost their lives and 600000 Kenyans were displaced after Hon Raira Amolo Odinga lost the presidential elections. Peace was seen in Kenya only after the power sharing deal by making Hon Raira Amolo Odinga the prime minister. He found the beast of corruption in the government, did nothing to it and left it alive and destroying our economy.
2. In 2017, after Hon Raira Amolo Odinga lost the presidential elections, his supporters took to the streets, property was destroyed and even after the elections results were annulled, he boycotted the elections. Peace was seen in Kenya after president Uhuru Kenyatta and Hon Raira Amolo Odinga shook hands.
3. In 2022 general elections, Hon Raira Amolo Odinga lost the presidential elections and rejected the results, filed a petition in the Kenya supreme and when he lost the case he declared the judgment of the supreme court to devilish and the president in office illegally.
4. When the government introduced the unpopular finance bill, the opposition parties leaders and supporters opposed it and when it was passed millions of opposition parties leaders supporters took to the streets demonstrating at first peacefully.
5. Many poor and innocent Kenyans joined the demonstrations wrongly thinking it was all about stopping the finance bill from becoming law in Kenya. But when our president Dr William Ruto withdrawn the finance bill, supporters of the opposition parties leaders changed the narrative to tell us that the youth demonstrations were about bad governance in Kenya.
6. Millions of supporters of opposition parties leaders of Kenya started chanting anti-Ruto, "Ruto must go!"
7. The demonstrators stormed the parliament building (because of passing the finance bill" opposed by opposition parties leaders and supporters and burnt expensive assets.
8. Demonstrators stormed the judiciary building, overwhelmed the security officers by the power of numbers, broke into the building and burn expensive public assets. Why? Because the supreme court judges' sentence did not favour Hon Raira Amolo Odinga to declare him the president of Kenya.
9. There was the talk among the Gen Zs supporters of opposition parties leaders of going to the state house and removing our democratically and constitutionally elected president from the state house by force. Hon Kalonzo Musyoka and many of your associates in the opposition parties are seasoned lawyers and know that invade sensitive government buildings like the parliament, judiciary and the state house is the crime of treason, coup d'etat which is punishable under the laws of Kenya. Are you feigning ignorance, Hon Kalonzo Musyoka and colleagues?
10. You well know that the majority of what you are collecting Gen Z demonstrators are frustrated supporters of the opposition parties leaders who lost in the last presidential elections and they are puppets of the opposition parties leaders puppeteers who wish to demonize president Dr William Ruto to the point of pressuring him to resign! Why? In order to have a re-election to give the opposition parties leader a chance of being the president of Kenya. Hunger for power and not concern for Kenyans has caused many Kenyans to loose their lives for people who don't care for them.
11. The politicians and other influencers inciting our children, mixed multitude of goons and good Gen Zs demonstrators who destroy private and public property, loot and burn private property eg businesses and vehicles, and injure and at times kill our police officers who try to maintain peace and order in our beloved country of Kenya, are to wicked people to blame for the death of our youth and police officers killed during the demonstrations, and for the destruction and looting of property in Kenya. Therefore let us Kenyan patriots rise up and defend our constitution, democracy and Rule of law. Let us choose peace, love and unity by avoiding political leaders who, driven by greed for wealth, fame and power are likely to lead our young protesters into civil strive leading our country into blood shed, mass deaths, displacement and seeking asylum in foreign countries. Don't blame the government for the violence and death of civilians in Kenya, instead blame the power hungry political party leaders who are willing to sacrifice the lives of our inexperienced youth, our unemployed poor children, not their children, but children on other things into bloody clashes with the police and with other Kenyans in order to acquire political power in our beloved country of Kenya. I hope the bill signed to law today will significantly tame the political madness that afflicts some of our politicians and their supporters after loosing in the general elections. God bless our president, our members of parliament, our youth and God bless Kenya.
