I lived over there in 1989. im from England but as a 23 year old me n my then girlfriend thought we'd go work over there. ended up on a ranch with appaloosa horses near Cherryville. Goose and Jerrys appaloosas. lovely state, we met some great people there. and we visited Wilmington and various other places. Was a wonderful experience. best regards to ya. Clint.
The plot and acting was much. Better in this 1st new Reacher than the second one. Hope 3 is better than 2.
I'm sure it will the next one is based on the book Persuader

I know Reacher is a big big guy but i personally think Alan looked better in season 1 than the bulky beat up version in season 2. Love them both tho. Waiting for season 3 eagerly...
I agree. He looked more relatable in season 1 whereas in season 2 he looks like steroids personified.

If you have have read any of the books, Lee Child didn't describe him as particularly handsome.
Alan got all that muscle mass using Trenbolin. He looks 15 years older than what he is.

When the line Reacher said about 5.56 ammo being subsonic because it was 55 grains was 100% BS. Fortunately the show improved.
Is the BS on the book then the show improving it?
It was 9mm 95 grain, which is subsonic.

The actor who plays Captain/Mayor always plays shady characters in films and movies :) My nose is like his…darn, i coulda been an actor. Lol
He played a good guy in Time Cop as Van Damme's boss. Played the sheriff that helped Joe Pesci in My Cousin Vinnie. He played D-Day in Animal House. Had a bunch of other roles as good guys, too.

Season 1 was the perfect pallet cleanser after all the rubbish recently. Who have thought it. Stay true to the source material and you have a hit... Huh.. shocking.

I watched 1st season, pretty much due to hot blonde cop, this guy is just a steroid muscle and feels nothing like someone who was in charge and sat behind a desk. This actor too is just zero for me, and being a disabled veteran with too much time on my hands i watch lots of stuff.

Season one is better, but Ritchson can't act - - at all, not in any scene. It's the fatal flaw of the show

That’s part of his persona. He is more muscular now but comes off in 2 as over confident. I liked the more subtle Reacher in number 1. More human in 1. And number two he acts more like a superhero.
He's not supposed to act. He's Reacher.
Considering the criteria to win an Oscar now, acting really isn’t that important
