Today I booked a ticket from Delhi to Chandigarh, but when I called the specific number for the particular location than the person who was on call don't know the pickup location,bus timing was 11:00 AM ,that's why I skipped the bus,but genuinely that person didn't call back once.after too much struggle,I request them to next pick point at majnu ka Tila,but at 11:25AM(11:30 was timing) They again ranout from pickup point . It's a bad experience for me and I was travelling first time. I suggest check for other services

My recent experience with Nuego electric bus service from Chandigarh to Delhi was highly disappointing. The AC stopped working halfway, leaving us in a non-AC bus without windows in scorching 40-degree temperatures. The constant tire noise added to the discomfort. Overall, it was an incredibly unpleasant journey, driver said its 30 min break at karnal but took more than 45 min there as battery was charging. Never going in this crap again. MADE IN CHINA BUS
Yes you are right same condition with us at rest stop they said for 30 minute but took 1 hours before reach jaipur they switched off light said battery low I laughed 😀 you are not one who facing this I also face same issue
Such a worse experience in NUEGO, it would take approximately more than 1.5 hours in delhi only to take passengers and then move from Delhi....journey of 4.5-5 hours would be completed in 6.5 hours for sure.... Dont recommend
