yes cars can be paid for installmentally, you can get a car for about 1500 euros

Its not realistic for anyone to decide to pay that high for accommodation, might be a red flag

Hello I did two months POF and my visa is not yet out and the POF has expired will it affect my decision
Not sure what you mean by expired...but ideally you should be able to show financial sustenance of about 800 euros monthly.
