水晶饺子- crystal dumpling

材料：（外皮）澄粉190克， 木薯粉75克， 糯米粉60克， 沸水375克，植物油15克
Ingredients: (for skin) 190g cornstarch, 75g tapioca flour, 60g glutinous rice flour, 375g boiling water, 15g vegetable oil
馅料：无皮鸡腿， 萝卜干， 红葱头， 红萝卜, 蒜头
Filling: skinless chicken thighs, dried radish, shallots, carrots, garlic
调味料：白胡椒粉， 酱油， 芝麻油，玉米淀粉勾芡
Seasoning: white pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil, corn starch for thickening
