I just know it must be doing me soooo much long-term harm. Thanks for inspiring me to take better care of myself! x

I went through that exact phase in my life, my life change had to be drastic , and i moved from the US to France at the age of 23 to start a new life (having a french mom and speaking the language made it that much easier 😉)! Best decision ever! Life changes are amazing and they allow us to start fresh like we're given a second chance ☺️ Would love to see videos on your new lifestyle!! Xoxo 😘

Ok so I know heaps of people have already said this but omg you need to share like a day in your life your new health routines etc - and definitely I am the same I got weight loss surgery and I have taken time off work and working on mental and physical health and it’s like a life overhaul!! I sometimes get on like 3 day workout kicks where I'm like yes this is it, I'm gonna do squats everyday, never lasts. I've had the exact same problem are you. even though I was getting 7-8 hours sleep every night, I'm always tired. I'm losing my hair 10 times the normal amount. I've started to changed my diet to see if it works itself out (not that I was eating bad anyway, I just wasn't eating enough), but I'm bored of the same things lol. any help would be appreicated
