I love when she gives a subdued performance like this to show all of her detractors that she is an extremely versatile singer. Here, she gave us rich low tones, smooth mid tones, sensible and melodic runs and melismatic inflections, and a few CLEAR high belts to remind the ones that say “all she does is scream” that she is NOT one to play with. This song right here is beautiful my boyfriend and I heard this song on different occasions and when we heard it together same time it was omg that's my song during the summer we had a cookout with family and friends I rushed home from work to hurry up and cook my dishes that I was asked to make when I did that I went to get ready for cookout but to my surprise I was escorted outside and our song played I saw him I thought he was doing karaoke lol l walked down the stairs everyone got quite I was escorted to a chair he made a speech walking towards me he got down on one knee and proposed to me it was a beautiful surprise I cried tears of joy and happiness long story short this is our wedding song we will be doing our first dance to as husband and wife in 2023 I love this song I play it and smile and start thinking of him
