One big change that kept us healthier growing up is removing shoes at the door. Now we do this in our home and it makes a big difference!
We’ve been removing our shoes at the door since our kids were teenagers (they’re all in their 50s now) and it makes a difference, especially during Covid!
Juj, I love what you shared about non-toxic cleaning. I didn’t realize it was an ad until the end as it seems you really intend to pursue a clean lifestyle. I see you talk about “alignment” a lot and I see a disconnect in your pursuit of non-toxic cleaning supplies vs marinating your skin/body in fake tan. I know a fast retort would be “it’s 90% organic ingredients” but it can’t be healthy to soak your derm in colorant and then snuggle your baby. I’d be all for a journey that saw Juj exploring her natural skin tone/beauty without having to depend on a shade of skin that is 5 times darker than your natural colour. It would be such an interesting self-discovery that I’m sure a lot of women would find interest in. Thanks for the vlog!

I use an organic orange scented multipurpose cleaner cleaner that you dilute with water. I also use an organic laundry sheets which is way better to use instead of lugging pods or bottles of laundry detergent.
