And who better to interview this pair than someone who is intimately familiar with life under a microscope? We tapped Selena Gomez, Wondermind's Chief Impact Officer and close friend of the couple, to chat with Nicola and Brooklyn about anxiety, therapy, and finding your people.

I LOVE a vulnerable Selena and I appreciate when she and other celebs invite us normals to peek into a world that we will never experience ourselves! Vulnerability opens the door for genuine empathy, and even though we are worlds apart financially, we can still relate on an insecure human level 🙏🏼💕

Try "grounding" for your anxiety, it works wonders for me! Barefoot on the grass for at least 5 minutes, no cell phone in your hand. Think of it as discharging your body. It has changed my anxiety!

None of these people have to be public, let’s get that straight. This is the ‘new’ way for celebrities to relate and it’s sickening. Mental health struggles at the hands of social media. The tool they use to publicise themselves and their Brands. Now I’m not saying the trolls should get a pass. But these people need to put things into perspective and stop the “poor me”. Turn off the comments, don’t google your name, surround yourself with the ‘good’ in your life. It’s people who don’t know you. Most of them won’t ever be in spitting distance, yet it’s so detrimental. Brooklyn rides his parents coattails, bringing a c list actress along for the ride. Exploiting their relationship. Get over yourself.
I love this, seeing celebrities going through with social media lies and how to handle it. We all go through this, and celebrities have it harder.

Ive been studying in a foreign country for 5 years now and have had so many lies and personal pictures and details shared and spread from the ppl i trusted in uni (also foreign students) . I have trusted again and again in friends because im so loving and want whats best for the ppl i get close to and share and care. Unfortunately most ppl are taught from a young age to be selfish and not care for others. So beware when confiding in ppl. Not everyone is as loving and morally correct as you. They back bite and gossip and switch narritives. I would say uni is worse than hollywood. Ive been so shocked and hurt by how evil ppl can be. Therapists all the way!
Hello I'm a student too and recently I got cheated on by the people I trusted and they took away my hard earned 2000$ . I was so angry at myself for trusting those people but at the end I realised there was nothing wrong with me but them. This incident made me realise to never trust people again until you got full proof they will do no harm .
Talking about personal information what is done cannot be reversed but what can be done now is to forgive ourselves and learn from our mistakes.
Most people in the world are evil. Find real ones and stick to them. That's it

Nicola is so true not to hold it in. I am still learning to speak my feelings as I was always left alone or did not trust my care takers to speak about my feelings.
I was 10 jumping on my bed in the longest summer of my life at a sleepover arguing with my friends about which spice girl I am and my biggest stressor was reading a magazine to get the SNES walkthroughs and now I'm 37 and Posh spice's son is married and talking to Selena Gomez on my ipad about life. Time goes by so fast and if life is bad for someone right now, just know that it will soon be a distant memory and things will change. We just need to stay positive so the change is a good one.

Your true friends will understand and you should understand them 💯 percent ❤ Mental Health and drugs does not care what your social status is and it does not discriminate. It's very real. You have to take care of yourself yourself first. Getting help can seem so overwhelming but, you can get it. When you get the help you need you will feel like a river over flooding ❤ but in a good way ❤
