He grabs the guy by the arm and says "Get the gear in here, I got to record this song. I got to do this for the fans." So the band set up and began recording in like 4-6 hours. The growing parts merging with his voice was actually MC being recorded twice and overlapped. He felt that IF he died, he wanted everyone to push on through as he was going to push on through to get them this song.
