Fix Custom Fonts that DON'T LOAD on the Front End in Elementor | WordPress

I was again working on a client site and had some issues with fonts not loading on the front end but loading in the Elementor editor. I found out it all basically comes down to one simple fix - mixed content errors. But I also briefly touch on what may also cause this issue.
