I bought a black/chrome one of these 5 days ago and flew down to Southern Thailand to pick it up from the dealer. Rode it around 500km home to Phuket and every day since then and it is an unbelievable bike. So smooth and easy to ride. Handles great for a big bike too. But as you mention, I have found it takes a little getting used to at very slow speeds, being a little top heavy. I have a stage 2 ordered for mine as well. I picked up a new Fatboy earlier this year for around the island and love that, but wanted something more suited for exploring Thailand and covering some miles too. Very happy with this bike. Nice video mate.

Better foot boards make it impossible for heal shift and no CB radio should keep us from being murdered for anything we might say.
