I've done three Mai-Tri sessions and I've immediately felt the results. It's sure that's working, however, I think that everything that comes to us from the outside as an "instrument" of healing is not permanent. We have to find the "instrument" within ourselves, because everything is within us. A few months after my Mai Tri tretmans, I took a Vipassana 10-days course and discovered that we have that "tool" within us and if we develop it, we are able to heal ourselves at the deepest level. That's my experience. I would say that Mai Tri can be a good initial step towards solving problems, but what you do afterwards with the "tools" and techniques you have by yoprself is crucially important.
Maitri is a very powerful technique that can truly transform a person permanently. I have experienced it and that changed is outstanding. We cannot go back to where we are after. Vipassana is good too if you can spend 2hrs daily on the practice. Maitri is equally effective if we truly are focused on the path of liberation. Everything works its up to the person how they would carry on afterwards.

I must share I don't know anything about Mai Tri its just at covid times my mother didn't feel well lot off coughing she is not able to sleep for three nights comfortably its just happen i put my palm on my mother's forehead and remembering Baba Chanting his devine name for half an hour my mother gone for sleep though she is coughing but my mom tells me i feel very light I'm feeling some kind off positive energy. Now today after watching🙏 Respected Mohanji video now i have understood exactly what is it 🙏ॐ साईं राम 🙏
