Is this graphic quality because the video card is very powerful, or is it possible to activate all these effects even on weaker cards? Or is there no way to activate it?
You have to turn the graphics settings all the way up to the max if your card can handle it. Otherwise if you play at medium to low settings with a low resolution then I don't think you could get the same visual effects as u could at high settings.

A intenção da gameloft em atualizar o jogo foi até bacana mas por mais que o jogo tenha ficado bem bacana em videogames e computadores a maioria das pessoas que jogam nos celulares não estão muito satisfeitos com essa atualização, lembrando que a maioria dos jogadores são mobile, acho que eles acabaram mirando em um público que não é o público deles… que são jogadores de computador e videogames, e com isso estão deixando a galera dos smartphones de lado lembrando que nem mesmo um iPhone 15 está rodando como está aí no vídeo, só não desisti do jogo prq gosto muito

Mine laptop has rtx 2060 nvidia geforce graphics card , i7 lenovo legion laptop.. but game lags on even low graphics card setting .. while as most other games like forza horizon on high graphics card setting perform well .. please tell me the reason bro 😭😭
check temp, how old is the laptop ? could be due to dust in the ventilation cause i assume 2060 should be old. Use a monitoring app like msi after burner and lock ur fps, cause a9 fps lock is trash and causes fps spikes so rivatuner can help
