In this one, you didn’t need to lay out the workers nicely. You just wanted numbers for them, not upgrades. Nice layouts are only for groups you want to upgrade.
I shall keep my hives nice and pretty darn it :P

You need to use the speed tiles at the entrances to your nest chambers. That way, you can get all 19, organize your nests better, and upgrade all of them.

I was interested by the concept, but after seeing the gameplay I dont think this is for me. I like gather/build strategy, but this looks painful
There is many many missions and modes too, I'd recommend checking out my content on it for a more indepth view =]

This is why I hate posting comments because there is always something that there is criticism of people who won't shut up and just accept it morters ants are a good version of them if you don't believe it shut the hell up
Guess everyone likes something different suppose I went mortars before aha
I came over the wiki. And rapid fire better (except experiment 3, literally ONLY time they better together with 2.2 mission Queen of the hill.
Not only do they slow movement speed at level three, but also attack speed! I did not even know that, which makes em even better!
And if you want stats, here you go! :
Health - same for both = 20/25/30
Range = mortars - 500 ; rapid fire - 400
Damage = mortars - 8/10/12 ; rapid fire - 2/2.5/3.5
Attack speed = mortars - 0.5/0.5/0.5 ; rapid fire - 2.3/2.8/3.3
Splash (mortar lvl3) = range - 70
Debuff (rapid fire lvl3) = Movement speed = -50% ; attack speed = -28%
At level 1 they have 0.6 more damage per second, at level 2 they have 3.0 more damage per second (wow), BUT AT LEVEL 3, they have 5.55 more damage per second.
+ they dont miss.
Mortars CAN STILL out-damage them in ant-to-ant fight between colonies, but rapid fire is overall better.
I provided data, for both parties, also admitted that they are better at ant-to-ant combat.
If that is not enough - well then my dear you are a
DEDICATED MORTAR FAN!
Wear that title with pride =).

@rich7879 It isn't Frazzz's fault. It is partially their fault, though it seems to be mostly your hostility. Guy provides data, and you insult him without any counterpoint. He also didn't say mortars were bad, just that they weren't the superior version. 🤷♂️
