I hate claps. I don’t hear claps so much in electric universe. I’m sure there is. When claps are noticeable it takes away the heaviness. (For me it doesn’t, I don’t know why? I think it might be from ‘eighties pop dance music’. Which I didn’t like because preppies didn’t like long hairs back then. By default, I associate hand claps trendy percussion typical’ radio friendly.. In electronic music it’s ‘safe beat’ people dance too
. They can make these electronic software drum machine ‘DRUMS’ heavier than metal drums. But they RARELY do.. THUNDER. I forget the tracks underground? The least heavy drum track I liked was ‘business hippy’ twisted system’ the beat lil heavier, just not heavy like the other two tracks, I cannot remember.
