Now we are talking. We all have it within our DNA to go through a spiritual awakening, anything can trigger it. When it happens, its like a white knuckle ride, just let go of doubt, fear and accept what you are feeling is true. Humans are capable of extraordinary things.
This meditation seems very appropriate for these times. Listened to it last night... I fall asleep each and every time. But I do feel we are in a time of ascension.

There are many symptoms that come in the transition,

All he just said during the 1st few minutes before he started the meditation part, it really says exactly as I've been feeling & haven't been able to describe to myself or ayyone else. Thankyou for this sleep talk down. You have guided me 2 nights. Night 1 l interacted with my adopted star mum whom had passed 14 months ago. Night 2 l was with another star family but is a blur, lm not clear who the person is. I am a pleiadian star seed, and the aura around me is yellow. But, I'm really bummed. Woke up after about 50 minutes and I don't remember a thing. I was looking at the floating globes in the crystal basement, got a pain in the back of my head, just above my neck, which I rubbed, then bammo! I was out.
I rewound to the countdown after the journey of awakening to write this comment. I appreciate the subtle music and will probably add this to my Nap playlist but I really wanted to participate in the awakening journey (at least insofar as I could recall it). ☮️💟

I need more information about this type of meditation, as I’ve only just started being aware of my chakras energy intake and flow,
what’s ascension rising transformation? And is this linked to the soul star chakra the 8th chakra of the system? Located just above the crown charka??

This is for falling asleep, so it's long. He has shorter meditations. Explore his channel. He has so much good stuff.
These are most effective when you’re asleep. The subconscious mind soaks it up without interference from the local, indoctrinated mind.
The spoken meditation is about 30 minutes, the rest of it is sleep music. Usually the long videos on this channel are like this. (Except the ones with affirmations, because there the words can go on longer.) (At first I didn't know this either.) Welcome here, may you find a lot of inner peace and support
