I appreciate you Eddie for these videos. And I think it’s actually great that we have individuals like you who not only appreciate the culture in the way you do, as well as stylizing fits for the sneaker culture. And going up a half size is spot on. But nowadays as I’ve got older (50 and still a sneaker aficionado), while I do care on self-presentation grooming and looking good for sure, I also stopped really caring on what others think on how I should do fits with my kicks. To each is own though on this topic but I just don’t try to always match with my kicks. I know folks get up in arms about this but I don’t care what you think if you’re rocking the same kicks I got. Peace and blessings bro and keep doing your thing.

Just stumbled on your channel trying to get some ideas on how to match these sneakers. I was getting annoyed so many other content creators kept recommending rocking these with baggy jeans. I left the 90s a long time ago, not trying to go back. Loving the fit recommendations, especially that yellow on blue look. Also, your sock videos are on point.

Im new to sneakers, been getting into the community lately. i love these, theyre my favorite sneaker oat. I missed on the shock drop, general snkrs release, dicks draw, and footlocker draw. Idk how yall put up with this, i dont think im gonna be staying in the sneaker community for long.
It’s a constant fight and hustle to actually get a popular, “hype” shoe… and unless you’re already financially stable/wealthy…it’s an expensive lifestyle with no return unless you plan on devoting a lot of time to buying, selling, and trading. And now the market is finally starting to shift to much better shoes like New Balance and ASICS. Good luck!

I have the money to get a real good collection going if i wanted to, but i dont want the resellers to win so i wont buy. Luckily I got these off DTLR last night for retail. If i do start a sneaker collection, itll be retail only. I'll only buy resell if below retail, cuz that means the resellers lost. Resellers already ruined another hobby of mine (sports cards) so not really willing to compromise. oh well.
