It was a comparison of how hurtful and destructive words are that Malema said and if in the same token the k word and n word was said it would also be very destructive and hurtful. Naledi asks a very specific question that says "Can you actively say that the feelings of black people when they hear the K word do not matter because of the context of the conversation in which it was used. His response is so callously casual and he says "Everyone's feelings matter". This reminds me of the way in which racist white people in America started the trend of saying "all lives matter" in response to the slogan "black lives matter". This is the disgusting attitude that all racists have whenever an issue is raised pertaining to an attack on black people.
The fact that this guy works for the IRR is actually very telling of what the IRR stands for. Goes to show that what an institution stands for is not really found on its mission and vision statement, but it is found in the people who represent it.
