Looks so yummy, thanks for sharing, when I was kid lived in my country Vietnam, eating Pho, I often beat raw egg yolk on my spoon, then add just a bit hoisin sauce and Vietnam chili sauce, then dip rice noodle or meat into my spoon, taste deliciously cream melting in your mouth...oh yummy, like you eat Japanese hotpot shabu shabu which you dip the medium well beef slices into the beaten egg yolk sauce 😂
