  • Grilling pineapple brings out its natural sugars and the spiced vanilla caramel adds an extra elegance. A great dinner party dessert.

chef ramsay's way of mesuring things:
    a sprinkle = a lot
    a little = a lot too
    just a touch = probobly a lot
a small amount = way too much to be considered ''small''
    a pinch = well...you guessed it
a few tablespoons = make sure you put at least 10 tablespoons, make it salty as fuck
    ......
hey i could go on and on

Little tip: Variant on a stromboli recipe: take the filling for your stromboli with all that wonderful seasoning, take your meat and a bit of the vegetables and put it into a tortilla with your cheese and fold it over then cook for 10 minutes in an oven at 350F(175C) The spicy meaty filling comes in with a lot more impact than it does when it is tamed by the bread. It ALMOST overpowers your mouth, but in a good way. I did that with some left over meat from a stromboli on new years and a left over tortilla for my chicken quesadillas and wow that was great. I'm glad I had it as a left over when the strombolis were finally gone. The bread almost holds it back and the tortilla seems to not really nullify the flavors as much making it a powerfully bold dish when I had it.
