Nice video ! I am having issue getting an image from google sheet to docs with the replace function. Do you have any content about that ? ?

Here it likely it would require some direct trouble shooting. Not sure if there is any specific content for the replace function , but worth the search!

This doesn't kick off immediately a data arrives, as the immediately option is not available in the schedule list

This is a schedule scenario. You could use instead Make add on to Google Sheets which reacts to any change of the sheet

Thanks so much for this video. Is there a way of getting the content of the created letter to be the formated body of the email? I can get the raw text, but it doesn't have any formatting to it.

In this case you are looking at a different type of a template. You would need a HTML template - this is what is used in emails. The Google Doc document will not translate well to text.

My dear, is it possible to insert screenshots from a folder automatically to the document?

    • @BusinessAutomatedTutorials

It is possible to make a placeholder in the document for an image and that image could come from a folder in Google drive. The only thing is that the placeholders (other images) need to exist in document ahead. If the image is not replaced, original image stays in place.

@@BusinessAutomatedTutorials Could you may explain how to create a placeholder in google docs for images? Couldnt find any option unfortunately

@@raphael28259 sure, you just insert and image.... Then you can replace it with something else. I usually use a white block - just incase nothing is to be replaced. Note that final image will have the same aspect ratio as the placeholder image.
