    Very informative video Sachin! Thanks for sharing your insights. Below are my learnings from this video and in my opinion 3rd strategy is very important
    3 useful strategies to become product manager :
    1. Keep working on side project, create own portfolio
    1. How to create a side project?
    1. Find problems to solve (Google)
    2. Validate the problems (With real users)
    3. Designing a solution & validating it (Figma & take feedback with users)
    4. Developing the project (Use no-code tools)
    5. Launching the product
    2. Internal transfer
    1. It is easy as managers knows you, employees knows you etc
    2. Make a practice of shooting a mail monthly once on your learnings related to PM
    3. Improve your story
    1. Know your trasferrable skills and leverage those in PM role

    Few of the key takeaways are -
    1. Preparing or maintaining a Working portfolio is way better than having just the certifications 2. Quality, Consistency, Documentation and Launch is better than number of Unfinished projects. 3. Try a transition/transfer in your existing company as you have increased chances of the success 4. Besides having the skills to become what you want to become, u should also know how to showcase those skills

    1.Create a side project, discuss pain points with friends and family, and work on solving their challenges.
    2. Put your Insights in the industry and try for internal transfer.
    3. Build a Portfolio
    4.Showcase Transferable Skills
    5. Put up your story in the best way.

    Key learnings:
    1) Best part-You don't need an MBA for a product management role!
    2) Start a project to enhance your portfolio by looking for solutions to problems!
    3) Work smart by familiarising with the product management tools.
    4) Start working on skills required for a product manager.
    5) Make a list of skills you possess and you don't and then start working on them.

    Practice while you learn. Find and try to solve real world problems. Choose a small problem find solutions make use of figma interact with cx's.
    Focus on IJT ( Internal job transfer) it helps u switch to PM roles seamlessly since the company knows your work.
    Learn from your company's PM team. Shadow learn slowly watch how they work.
    Target your company work on their product. I would suggest our community to do side project on your target company
    Create a story to convince HR's 😅

    Become a product manager without MBA -
    3 useful strategies-

    Search the similar role as per product based works in the similar company that you work in.

    learning:- 1. You can start learning it from real life easy problems, so you can get a product and problem solving mindset.
    2. Learn how to document the progress and process of making and solution of the problems, to help your career.
    3. You can network internally in your company, so you can pitch yourself to become a product manager in your own company also.
    4. Do a product improvisation of your existing products at your current company, so that your top management know you are worth enough.

    Some of the learnings are:
    1. In order to know "How much I know about Product Manager" and "Do I like or not", work on your side project.
    2. I order to create the side project, search the problem, Validate and Designand validate once again , develop the product and launch the product.
    3. Work closely with Product manager.
    4.High chance to get transition internally.
    5.Start marketing from the first day of creating the side project.
