great job, i liked the breakdown, BUT I am concerned about your comments on home values depreciation vers appreciation, in the entire world properties always increase in value after construction:, the build cost is always less than the true evaluation, UNLESS as you said monies are wasted by contractors, and this is where laws should be allowed to pursue these fraudulent contractors in SVG,. i also want to note that the closing cost is extremely high, specifically,(lawyers) why the need, globally a notary is used to do the closure on home and real estate transaction, why the need for a lawyer? secondly, these stamp duties its time for them to be removed, charge vat on the transaction, and its a simple process, not this complex breakdown,. we are in 2022 and its time to make things and transactions in SVG simple and not hidden and expose these fraudsters to you because the system and its calculations process force you to. again thanks for your breakdown.

Why don't you specify the currency? Saying dollars is too ambiguous (XCD or USD)
