    Why would any landlord agree to this? What do you say with the landlord when you sign a lease? I live in South Florida and Airbnb are illegal most areas that are good. The people that rent them party all night and trash the places.

      Most landlords want their income passive and want no headache so they’re always open to it. Also you have Ts&Cs that restrict tenants on what they’re doing so trashing the place doesn’t happen.

      Clearly you don’t know people. Most people are lazy and want their rent that’s it. And also there is more to life then making money

      Guaranteed rent payments, longterm contract, no agents taking % out of rent each year, keeping the apartment furnished and clean up to high standards etc. Many reasons for landlords to do this.

    A landlord isn't going to agree to this, if they could make double the money on Air BnB the landlord would do it themselves. This business model has a short life.

    I don't understand this, why doesn't just the landord put it on Airbnb himself and put that money in his own pocket?

      @@kotai12well most home owners have second houses and don’t really care about making a lot of money. As long as they are paid per month and Don’t have to think of their house. Probably old people too

      @@kotai12 Accounting and taxes, setting up a business, cleaning after each guest, replacing broken items, dealing with airbnb, furnishing the appartment, accepting guests etc. Compared to signing a lease and getting passive income. It-s not as simple as putting it on airbnb and magically money comes without lifting a finger.
