Remember that Inoue's ability isn't healing, it's event reversal. As Aizen said, it's an ability that trespasses on the domain of God.
And ichigo is not dead he is almost dead but not yet.

@@ark_knight Considering that the only thing I've seen trump Orihime's powers is The Almighty (she needed Tsukishima's help to fix Ichigo's bankai), death really shouldn't be hard to reverse for her until her emotional state really screws up her ability to use her powers.
@@jackwitt7430 Yea, now that you mention it - I remember back in the manga long long long ago that Orihime was unable to fix his sword because Almighty basically changes timelines which means to Orihime's power that shit might as well not even exist so it cant be 'healed'. So death should be reversable because Orihime's power is time. To someone who starts Bleach, Orihime's powers seem HAX as heck (good thing she is a pacifist. Imagine her literally reversing someone out of existence lol) but we have seen later on how insane powers in Bleach become lol so Orihime is in somewhat not too bad.
I would say the only negative thing about this current arc is that it is a bit stretched out. Other than that, it is perfectly fine

If I remember correctly, it was an issue of the manga still being ongoing while they adapted the anime - they had to drag out the arc, just because they'd get ahead of the manga if they didn't. That's also the reason for the "filler" arcs being unceremoniously shoved into the middle of ongoing arcs. They simply didn't have the source material to keep the anime going at the proper pace. It's unfortunate, but really couldn't be helped - the only alternative was to just pause the anime until the manga caught up - which wouldn't have made a lot of business sense, at least short term - perhaps it would've been better in the long run, though. Who can say?
@@LadyDoomsingerActually Kubo stated he wanted this arc to be twice as long in an interview in the manga with Orihime rejecting part of the hogyoku allowing Ichigo to beat Aizen but had to change plans due to health and shonen jump editors pressuring him

Nah the TYBW clears Soul Society easy but Fullbring is my favorite. Also Ichigo can get it done he just getting in his own way rn cause of his fear of the hollow. Epic fight next episode
I like that you're one of the few that actually anticipating the hollow to take over. Most people were surprised when it eventually happen and say that it's an asspull.
The scene in which Aporro ate the arrancar healing himself was heavily censored in the anime. In the manga that same scene is way more graphic and gruesome!! Keep the great work girl, I really like your videos!!

Ichigo choosing to fight Grimjow instead of taking Inuoue away is similar to Ichigo choosing to wait to fight Ganju instead of going with his friends to save Rukia. Same vibe choosing a pointless fight for the sake of the fight and the challenge.
To each their own but this arc is good. It has two of the best anime fights in anime history. TYBWA is absolutely fire. If you don’t like it don’t watch it.
The pacing is not good in this arc. Szayel fight with Ishida and renji is boring and dragged out. Pacing is slow until the higher level Espada start fighting. This arc ain't better than SS arc

kubo is more of an artist than a story writer. and she seems to care more about the story than the art. for the past years he wrote bleach he always wrote himself into a corner which he needs a bs asspull out that is more apparent on tybw. and hueco mondo arc aside from ulqiourra fight is boring and dragged on. so what shes feeling is understandable.

Orihime's not stupid, she wasn't going to run away when she knows that could be worse. Grimmjow taking her is different but of course she's still terrified of what could be the consequences the moment Ulquiorra shows up. That's why I don't get the romantization. I think people downplay it because Ulquiorra doesn't hurt her physically but it's very clear the psychological impact her still has on her. That's the guy that threatened her and forced her to go with them. Plus Ulquiorra really only cares about Aizen's order. There's really no possessiveness over Orihime in a romantic sense which would only make it creepier tbh (lowkey uncomfrotable to hear you refer to her as his girl/woman). His interest in Orihime is no different than the one he has in Ichigo, cause he's really is stubborn about his nihilistic phylosophy. It's just that with Ichigo it ends up in battle.

Tybw is literally some of the best anime to come out of last decade. The story is great, the characters are amazing and the animation gives Demon Slayer a run for it's money. No way anyone actually believes it's not good or worse than any of these arcs. These are bleach haters that either wanted to hate it anyway or never watched it
Episode 6 of part 1 is one of the highest ranking anime episodes ever and for a very good reason

What's really low here is not the stakes but IQ. Fawning over Ulquiorra/Inoue is toxic AF, and Ichigo wasn't dead. But you do you.
Ok she is the one person ive seen to truly misunderstand Ichigo and what other characters see in him. Think of Ichigo as similar to Adult Gohan from Dragon Ball Z. His instincts are that of someone who definitely wants the smoke but refuses to accept it even tho its plainly obvious to all those who've either fought him or trained with him. Why do you think when learning to control his powers, each time kisuke, zangetsu, white ichigo, Kenpachi, yoroichi, grimmjow arent pushing him to be something he's not, they're telling him "You've got it in you, bring it out because you need it" and it has been shown blatantly to us multiple times when he fought Renji, Kenpachi, Byakuya, Grimmjow, Ulqiorra and he's shown us he won't kill if its unnecessary but he's not afraid to resort to that option. We even see from how he grows up during middle school to high school, Ichigo is a fighter. And what grimmjow said is correct. The battle instincts that arise between a Soul Reapers and hollows is indeed that simple and might as well be a natural order.

This arc definitely drags on. But the highs are way better than the lows in this arc and make up for the slow start. Hueco Mundo and Karakura Town have better fights than the Soul Society arc. The next episodes pick up the intensity with fights and plot. I gotta disagree with the discord IMO Kubo always drags the arcs to build up tension. TYBW is when Kubo perfects his storytelling.
I seem to recall part of the issue being the Anime and Manga basically running parallel to each other - and the anime had to wait for the manga to release before they could adapt it - so they had to either slow down the pace, come up with filler episodes, or just pause the show entirely until they got the next issue of the manga. Evidently they chose to slow the pace and slip in the occasional filler (and filler arc) to keep the anime going, so fans wouldn't be left without any Bleach content at all while waiting for the manga. At least, that's how I heard it.

Don't worry at this point I think many people thought that all of the stuff from this arc that doesn't include fighting an Espada or Aizen and company can be pretty hard to get through, myself included.
HOWEVER. I don't agree that the rest of the show is not good, it's amazing imo. And don't worry about voicing your opinions even if they are negative ones, that just means you're honest and that's a great thing

At this point, the anime was really stretching it and the only thing she will probably notice is Orihime screaming Ichigo and Ichigo getting a power up. No other deeper meaning for one time surface level watcher, not that the anime team did a good job at conveying the dread either.

Orihime's power isn't plot armor. It's not healing its the rejection of phenomenon of an object. Ichigo wasn't dead so he wasn't brought back to life

Ichigo's powers come from Zangetsu and he didn't teach him anything other than Getuga, and Rukia didn't teach him Kido. As for the arcs, I think you will find "The Lost Agent" more interesting, although many people complain about that arc, it is the one that best reflects his writing, but in my opinion, from this point on to the Thousand Year War it only improves. I hope you enjoy the entire series and leave a good memory when you finish.

[Tidbits & Clarifications]
- Your discord isn't 100% correct, Inoue can't bring someone back from death. They need to be alive to some degree.
- The anime drags many aspects of this arc out, especially the comedy. That aside this arc is very long with many fights so It has higher peaks and lower lows than the Soul Society arc. Additionally kubo does tons of poetic and elusive storytelling in this arc which many people either miss or don't care for whereas the Soul Society arc is more simple and easy to follow.
- This episode has HEAVY cencorship, in the manga Szayelapporo doesn't recover by turning his minions into energy, he just starts eating them whole.
[Sidenote: In my Opinion Soul Society is not the best of Bleach, the arc after this is an amazing character study of Ichigo and the TYBW for the most part is the best of Bleach culminated into 1 arc, not saying it's flawless but I think your discord members may just be mimicking the beliefs of less attentive viewers.]

I think he could have negotiated with Ulquiorra to let Ichigo get healed and then let me fight Ichigo. If Ichigo dies, there will be no difference but if Ichigo defeats Grimmjow, then afterwards Ulquiorra can step in and kill Ichigo away forever.
I'll say soul society isnt the best arc in terms of this arc they are Stretching it out the manga is Obviously better. But there is alot of sub-text and themes being missed or forgotten and I hope a bunch of other stuff but you made it through. Also There is a Narrative reason for him only using that 1 attack but alot of people miss it and it comes much later

I feel like at this point you should realize kubo the writer of bleach isn't focusing on giving Ichigo more moves in his arsenal and it is what it is he's more focus on developing him as a character which i thought you would understand that by now i feel as a reactor you should think more about that aspect of Ichigo
I've read before some defenders of this part of the arc, that's awesome BUT hard disagree. There's a so much that can be cut out that will help the pacing of this arc. This arc started great, has a snails pace with super flashy lights to distract, spikes in quality, then stumbles, and wraps up amazingly.
Pretty much everyone agree that early Hueco Mundo arc is the most boring part of anime. People are only defending this part in the manga and that's it.

Well Bleach gets swallowed up by all the fighting.
Still it had great chapter names and interesting designs even at the low points. (to me the point i started getting tired of the fights was at the point of "Gran Rey ...")
I say this as one who used to read and watch the show about 3-4 times every new episode & chapter back in it's best times.
Personally the show i fell in love with was bleach before Soul Society arc where it had more horror elements with mystery rather than what it became which is the typical shounen fight series
Imagine hyping up Ulgayora just to see him getting sealed like a little kid 😂.
The only person that Grimm "reluctant" to fight is only Aizen.
He ain't scared of other Espada or Tosen or Gin.
I get what you mean about this arc being boring so far it is bad. Bleach puts the viewer through their own character arc. You gotta suffer through the bad to get to the good stuff, and you are almost there.
Edit: For other reactors who are just starting to get into Bleach maybe on top of skipping the fillers an anime recap channel should be employed for the 1st half of the Arrancar arc.

I think season 1 of TYBW will be more her cup of tea. Season 2 kinda falls back to the typical shounen tropes.
This Espada arc has some boring parts, compared to the Soul Society arc, but they both have some great highlight fights.
