Reading the "Comments" someone asked what guitar Chris is using. It looks exactly like mine which is a Colling D2H SB (SB is SunBurst) I love this guitar and it sounds just like that. Wish I knew what pickup he is using because I don't see a mic on the guitar which is unusual for a studio setting.

I'm a U2 fan as well! I thought of some for example of the Unforgettable Fire era. Note though the comment around 6 minutes in about Chris Tomlin writing songs that will suit a large church meeting or a small group. His songs are meant to be sung and played by others, whereas U2 do big stadiums.

Yep. Def a Collings OM3. The binding around the body is different from I thought the OM3 usually had (herringbone). Regardless, its a nice guitar.
