Agreed, however I don't think possibly even you (correct me if I'm wrong) or most people understand how much general work goes into keeping a home like this running and in peek condition. I'm 22 and say that from personal experience based on the fact that I just moved into my own roughly 8 million dollar custom built luxury 6,840 Sq. Ft. Estate, and it's been about 2 years and 6 months since construction started in December of 2019. I can barely keep up with all of the thing's that need to be fixed, cleaned, and kept up and running (primarily because I live alone). hears some advice to anyone looking for a home like this, evaluate how much time you'll need to set aside to maintain the house once you've moved in. It's probably worthwhile to note I make $85,000 a month off of return on investments and another extra $65,000 a month off of passive income. Plus I'm 22 years old think about that, even I think that's crazy and I'm the one earning the money but don't know how to slightly cut back my earnings.
