Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to move on, I really loved her so much i can’t stop thinking about her and the memories we shared. I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail. I’m frustrated, and i don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts, but i can’t. I never understood why anyone would want their ex back. An ex is an ex because it didn’t work out. If you weren't compatible, just remember that there's someone out there who loves you for the real you. Better to focus on someone that will be a good energy source to us than someone who does not value us or who's an energy vampire. Other than that, her techniques are great.

I really wish you wouldn't lump exes in with those we might otherwise wnt to manifest. Not only that, but the ex is often mentioned in this video without acknowledging others the listener is actually hoping to connect with. The trance-like hypnotic phraseing is particularly incorrect in such a context. So, this one was not your best

Sorry, a lot of this sounds like utterly terrible advice. The only things I can agree with are that when we attempt to manifest something, we try to emotionally sperate ourselves from the outcome, knowing that the universe unfolds in the best way possible when we have balanced our own energies.
A lot of the other things suggested in this video would be pretty unhealthy, especially when directed at an ex-partner. With ex-partners, it is important to learn from the experience and move on, and using that experience to manifest the next relationship with more alignment and better energy than the previous one.
They're ex's because they were lesson's & if you didn't learn the lesson you'll keep attracting the same type, we all have a will you cannot take that from someone if they do not want to be with you, Cannon never taught this
