I played the fan made version and it's really hard. Robtop's version I actually like better because it feels like his style, and he doesn't blatantly just make his levels a demon like most other people. Robtop's level does a really good job of showing off new 2.2 features without being too difficult or annoying. The fan made version is still top notch tho. Edit: fanmade feels more like an easy demon and robtop's feels more like a harder level.

Probably because it showcases the update features in a lot more comprehensible way, makes a fun layout with it without mind boggling you and shows you the level design in a straight forward manner.

the official version is so fun to play the fanmade is difficult and looks nice but, its those type of levels you have to practice A LOT, some fanmade levels go too much over the top
yes dude you definietly feel the stress and struggle in those fanmade levels, they kinda miss the gameplay, fun, entertainment factor apparently and that is why those levels ain't that fun at all

To be honest I like robs official version more than the fanmade, mainly because it actually feels like an official level and there are not so many features in 1 section like a lot of 2.2 levels in the GDPs 2.2 server
The official one is obviously better, but man do I love these two zooming out moments from 1:23. Specifically with that part of the song, they sound so freakin impactful.
Fanmade feels like an easy-medium demon Robtops is like jumper difficulty I think robs version is more suited for the game since in 2.1 new players just jumped straight into fingerdash so in 2.2 new players are gonna do the same with dash so it's nice that's it's easy

The decor in the fanmade is actually on point, but I feel like the gameplay is too clustered, while the official version though don’t has that deco, it has bearable gameplay.

True the fanmade one feels way too... early 2.2. It's like what every person was expecting a bad early 2.2 level to be like. Sharp rotations, overused and annoying effects, way too tight swingcopter gameplay, etc. Even if fanmade was nerfed it's still just a mediocre early 2.2 level made by a bunch of people who don't know how to use the editor yet.

However, its difficulty (especially by 9 star standards) grants it 8.5/10. Both levels are great in their own respective ways, and both have their pros and cons. They are both different interpretations of the same level and are beautiful, robtop’s being more calm while pixellord’s being epic and crazy. Two great yet different levels.
PLEASE DO NOT TAKE WHAT I SAY SERIOUSLY: the level is good in terms of difficulty, but it is clear that in the snick pick there was a slightly different level. Apparently Rob decided to change everything after that for the sake of the end or I don’t know... but then it’s stupidly raw, yes, there are details, it’s beautiful, but... somehow it’s just empty further... at the beginning everything was very colorful, but then it suddenly faded away, but the level is still good!

To tell the truth, the official level is beautiful. But I liked the fanmade song better, I hope it can be used in the level creator later. From there on out, the official level is friendlier and gives you a good introduction to the new mechanics.

I don't know if the song in the fanmade one was from leaked footage or also fanmade, but I wish they had kept the drop at 0:48 instead of going to the countdown part. The level itself is a definitive win for rob. Only wish they used the drop music part from the fanmade.

the first coin in the fanmade looks simpler, but the oficial level is easier & looks more oficial, that makes more sense cuz robtop doesn't need to overdecorate the level with 1 million effects per second or turn the level an insane demon to create a cool level

I think the fanmade song slaps a bit more because of the build up to where it says "dash destroyer" but overall, robtops version is better, it seems more like an official level and its not too hard, especially showing the 2.2 features in a simple and easy way

The official level is fine. The fanmade is good, but it has too many off-putting and unreadable effects, and this combined with it just being a hard level leads to a very hard experience. Easy-Medium demon imo The new one is a lot more relaxed, but in a good way. It showcases all the new features of 2.2 in a way that is fun and readable. And while I do think it is too easy for an insane, harder imo, I think it is better than the fanmade.
fanmade kinda got some things technically correct, we do get a coin maybe a little early in the level, there were in fact spider orb placement, yet not correct, and we also got a maybe crazy hard-to-read robot part once.

There... there isn't a "fan-made" version, the ones used in the old fan-made Dash levels were using leaks from MDK, hence why the audio quality is so low because they recorded from their phone or something.

Dash is what Fingerdash was to 2.1. It’s supposed to teach players and showcase the capabilities of new features added. You’re not supposed to slap everything into one level.
En mi opinión, ambos niveles quedan empates, porque digo esto?, ya que cada uno tiene algo en especial, puntos buenos o puntos de mejora, como la música, la musica gana el fanmade por lo épico que es el final, el oficial tambien esta muy buena pero siento que le falta algo, para que sea mas satisfactorio, la dificultad gana el oficial, ya que si va de acuerdo a esta, pero el fanmade creo que se les pasó un poquito y lo convirtieron en demon, (easy demon), la decoración gana el fanmade por su gran esfuerzo de los fans que lo crearon, el oficial (sin ofender), creo que Roptop podría haberle puesto un poquito más de decoracion para que no se sienta tan vació, aunque no tanto porque, los jugadores les daría lag, la emoción, ganaría el oficial ya que las personas y fans querían ver como sería el verdadero nivel Dash, el fanmade tambien era emocionante pero, como es fanmade, no era oficial, y de que si cual es el mejor, pues es ambos, los 2 destacan en sus propias especialidades.

Fanmade dash level is like most star rated insane levels, they are insane just in rating, but actually is easy demon level or even beyond

I don't know if the song in the fanmade one was from leaked footage or also fanmade, but I wish they had kept the drop at 0:48 instead of going to the countdown part. The level itself is a definitive win for rob. Only wish they used the drop music part from the fanmade.
The drop part is actually a deleted part of dash. It is in The Secret Hollow and Switchstep used it for his Dash Full Version.

I feel like the fanmade feels a bit too hard compared to the official, the main levels are meant to teach you about new features while the fanmade just slaps a bunch of new things in your face and throws you right in the deep end and expects you to keep up
the first coin in the fanmade looks simpler, but the oficial level is easier & looks more oficial, that makes more sense cuz robtop doesn't need to overdecorate the level with 1 million effects per second or turn the level an insane demon to create a cool level

Maybe we had too high expectations.
The official level is fine. The fanmade is good, but it has too many off-putting and unreadable effects, and this combined with it just being a hard level leads to a very hard experience. Easy-Medium demon imo
The new one is a lot more relaxed, but in a good way. It showcases all the new features of 2.2 in a way that is fun and readable. And while I do think it is too easy for an insane, harder imo, I think it is better than the fanmade.
Not really, I could see Robtop doing something great, but it was rushed and it ended up being a very meh level.

fanmade kinda got some things technically correct, we do get a coin maybe a little early in the level, there were in fact spider orb placement, yet not correct, and we also got a maybe crazy hard-to-read robot part once.

There... there isn't a "fan-made" version, the ones used in the old fan-made Dash levels were using leaks from MDK, hence why the audio quality is so low because they recorded from their phone or something.

Dash is what Fingerdash was to 2.1. It’s supposed to teach players and showcase the capabilities of new features added. You’re not supposed to slap everything into one level.

En mi opinión, ambos niveles quedan empates, porque digo esto?, ya que cada uno tiene algo en especial, puntos buenos o puntos de mejora, como la música, la musica gana el fanmade por lo épico que es el final, el oficial tambien esta muy buena pero siento que le falta algo, para que sea mas satisfactorio, la dificultad gana el oficial, ya que si va de acuerdo a esta, pero el fanmade creo que se les pasó un poquito y lo convirtieron en demon, (easy demon), la decoración gana el fanmade por su gran esfuerzo de los fans que lo crearon, el oficial (sin ofender), creo que Roptop podría haberle puesto un poquito más de decoracion para que no se sienta tan vació, aunque no tanto porque, los jugadores les daría lag, la emoción, ganaría el oficial ya que las personas y fans querían ver como sería el verdadero nivel Dash, el fanmade tambien era emocionante pero, como es fanmade, no era oficial, y de que si cual es el mejor, pues es ambos, los 2 destacan en sus propias especialidades.
