Have you tried it already? Nakabili ako ng ganito some months ago, yung garlic powder nila. Was happy kasi individually packed at mabilis mag clump up yung mga powder. I was so disappointed some time later kasi pati yung singles namuo. Kahit nakalagay sila sa tight container namuo parin. The good thing is that pwede parin sila magamit at di mo na need sundutin ng tinidor ang spice bottle.

Been doing this chef with your fried chicken marinate recipe hehhe pag namarinate ko na overnight at tinamad na akon mag coat nang flour at mag fry. Nilalagay ko nlng s air fryer, gumagawa nlng ako nag oil same process sa yo ngayun.
Try adding lemongrass in the marinate for that authentic Inasal Bacolod taste
