      Wearing gloves does nothing unless they are proofs. This is spink, they are experts.

      elaborating on what the other comment said, thin hammered coins coins can occasionally slip out of your hands when wearing gloves and on gloves like cotton they can actually damage the coin by leaving small scratches and small bits of cotton behind. gloves are more of a detriment to coins than no gloves
