These work great for heavy flow. An ultra tampon doesn't last much longer than 1 hr for my on a heavy day and the 5s last way longer than that. They hold more than you think because of how they soak in the liquid.

Just feel that the absorbency r all the same no matter what size is feel that pads should b wider front 2 back and also the wings should b bigger so when ur fold them under ur panties both can fold completely under on both side
